First DAY-28th January 2016

I Session
After the official opening of the meeting with the welcome and presentation of project coordinator Mr Carmelo D’aucelli, who have introduced a short presentation of the city of Bitonto, the school which hosted the meeting, the staff of of the school involved in the meeting, as the partners and Public Institutions’ representatives who attended the meeting, the first session of the meeting was focused on the specific presentation of each partner organization, the main staff, the cooperation in the project implementation, and the possible impacts, according to this list:

II Session
The second session was focused on the presentation of the Project Overview, by the teachers of coordinating school.
The aim of the session was to summarize the general and specific Objectives of the project, as to underline the agreed Workplan, and the distribution of the  tasks between the partners.
III Session
The third session coordinated by ICD statale N. Fornelli was focused on technical aspects of the project implementation, especially regarding the Financial Management.
IV Session
The forth session was focused on the implementation of WP1 Coordination and Project Management Implementation, leaded by Italy.
Partners agreed on these points:

  • Contact list: the coordinator will submit the application form for the contact list members to the transnational partners
  • The internal platform for sharing documents, information and materials will be Google Drive, in a Folder structured as planned in the Project Management Handbook
  • Agreement on the implementation of an External Assessment
  • Agreement on procedures in order to prepare Interim and Final Report to the NAs.

V Session
The fifth session was focused on the implementation of WP2 Teaching Method and Flexible Tools, leaded by Romania.
Partners agreed on content of guidelines and templates for the implementation, that Romania will provide in February 2016.
The final part of the first day was aimed to guide the Cultural Visit in the historical centre of Bitonto
The participants had also dinner there.

Second DAY- 29th January 2016

I Session
After the official opening of the meeting, the first session was focused on the WP4 Monitoring, Evaluation and Quality Assurance, leaded by Slovenia. The teacher Klavdija Špur Jereb managed also an activity on coding for the participants to test directly some examples of the topic of the project.
 II Session
The second session was focused on WP5 Dissemination Implementation, leaded Turkey. They presented the proposal for Logo, discussed and agreed by the consortium, and the presentation of the project website, as Facebook page.
 III Session
The third session coordinated by Italy was focused on the Presentation of PM Handbook, Financial Reporting Tools, Executive Gannt.
The coordinator presented the regulation for the visibility of the program and Eu funding in all the project documents and activities, and some examples of formats for reporting costs.
 IV Session
The forth session was focused on the planning of the next transnational meetings and the transnational learning mobilities for teachers and students:
